Our Foundation
MDP Legal, Advocates & Solicitors, traces its roots back to 1973, when it was established as M. Dhruva & Co by Mr. Mohan Dhruva. Upholding a legacy of legal excellence, his son, Mr. Nishit Dhruva, later merged the firm with J. Sagar Associates. Thereafter, driven by a vision to create an institutional law firm committed to the highest standards of legal competence, Nishit founded MDP & Partners, Advocates & Solicitors, building upon the rich foundation laid by his father, which has subsequently been rebranded to MDP Legal, Advocates & Solicitors.
Our firm has consistently grown, driven by our commitment to providing the best solutions to complex legal challenges. With nearly four decades of legal expertise, Nishit Dhruva continues to lead the firm as Managing Partner.
