Khushbu is a Partner heading the Alternate Dispute Resolution practice at MDP Legal. She has represented clients in a series of disputes under all forms of agreements relating to maritime law, infrastructure, project finance disputes, contractual claims, etc. She regularly appears on claims being adjudged before arbitral tribunals (domestic and international), both ad-hoc and institutional (ICC, LCIA, LMAA and SIAC).

She has represented clients in proceedings before the Bombay High Court as well as the Supreme Court of India, including enforcement of international as well as domestic awards passed by the arbitral tribunals. Khushbu also represents and advises public sector undertakings in domestic as well as international arbitral disputes.

She has completed her Masters in International Business and Commercial Laws from the University of Manchester.
