Niyati has been a part of the Firm’s Disputes practice since 2017. Her expertise lies in general litigation with a focus on Banking and Finance, Commercial, Real Estate matters, and white-collar crime defence matters and advises most of PSUs, NBFCs and other domestic clients.

She represents clients before various courts with a primary focus on matters before the Bombay High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, City Civil and Sessions Court, Small Causes Court and Magistrate Courts.
