Prakash specialises in litigation and dispute resolution and has wide experience in contentious matters of Admiralty, Banking and Finance, Commercial, Real Estate, Enforcement and Execution and Securities related disputes.

Prakash has substantial experience in drafting high court proceedings such as plaint, notice of motion, chamber summons, written statements, appeals, civil applications, arbitration petitions, writ petitions, summary suits, recovery suits, company petitions, scheme of amalgamations and appeals in the securities appellate tribunal.

Prakash has been regularly appearing and pleading before the Bombay High Court, the City Civil Court, Small Causes Court, Magistrate’s Court, Economic Offence Wing, Debt Recovery Tribunal, the Securities Appellate Tribunal and the Company Law Board.
