Sunay specializes in the Banking and Finance and Real Estate practice areas. Sunay graduated from ILS Law College, Pune, in the year 2014 and has been associated with the firm since the year 2017. He regularly acts as the lender’s legal counsel and advises lenders in drafting loan documents and carrying out the title due diligences in respect of the assets being offered as collateral. He also advises clients on various transactions involving sale / purchase / leasing of immovable properties and the redevelopment of immovable properties.
