Our Partner, Yash Dhruva specializes in complex commercial and corporate litigation across various fora including Supreme Court, High Court, Arbitration Tribunals and the National Company Law Tribunal.

Yash began his academic journey at the esteemed Government Law College in Mumbai, where he earned his LLB as a rank topper on the merit list. Following his success in India, he pursued further specialization by obtaining an LLM in International Commercial Litigation and Arbitration from New York University. After completing his education, Yash gained substantial experience working at DSK Legal, a well-regarded law firm, where he spent several years building his expertise in dispute resolution. His experience at DSK Legal laid a solid foundation for his specialization in high-stakes arbitration and litigation.

At MDP Legal, Yash is known for his strategic approach to legal challenges and his ability to navigate complex disputes, where he is recognized for his meticulous preparation and persuasive advocacy. He is also known to apply a pragmatic, client oriented approach to his matters.
